1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Anqing Yaosue Trading Co., Ltd. By accessing this website, using its features, submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our trading services, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the website and refrain from placing orders.

We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the website after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically so that you remain aware of your obligations.

If any part of these terms is unclear, or if you would like a specific point explained before you proceed, please contact our office at hello@yaosue.hair and we will clarify the matter for you. We would far rather answer your questions up front than have a misunderstanding arise later in a transaction.

2. About the Company

Anqing Yaosue Trading Co., Ltd. is a trading company active in the computer integrated systems design and related professional, scientific and technical services sector, and is principally engaged in the trade and distribution of stationery, paper goods and office supplies. Our business location is Rm 302, Building 4, Yingchun Yihe City, Yixiu District, Anqing - 246000, China (CN).

The website serves as our public trading desk, through which we present our catalogue, accept enquiries and communicate with customers and partners. Our contact email is hello@yaosue.hair and our contact telephone is +18636954304. The developer of the services and website is YaoSue.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the normal operation of the site or the rights of other users. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, its databases or any account of ours.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your use of the website. You agree not to post, transmit or submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or that infringes the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

The information presented on the website is provided for general guidance about our products and services. While we make every effort to keep it accurate and current, minor differences can appear between published descriptions and the physical goods, whether because of printing tolerances, component updates by manufacturers, or simple human error. We ask that you treat the website as a helpful introduction and confirm precise specifications with our desk before committing to a large order.

We may withdraw or amend any portion of the website, and we may suspend access for maintenance, at any time and without notice. We are not liable to you for any unavailability of the website, provided that such unavailability is not caused by our deliberate negligence.

4. Orders and Quotes

Prices and product availability shown on the website are indicative and are subject to confirmation at the time an order is placed. Where you request a quotation, your request does not constitute an order until we have confirmed the price, the quantities, the delivery terms and the acceptance of your order in writing.

An order is considered accepted when we send you written confirmation of the order, which may be by email to hello@yaosue.hair correspondence or through any other agreed channel. We reserve the right to decline any order, to limit quantities, and to correct errors in pricing or specifications before an order is accepted.

Where an order involves multiple lines, we may accept the order in its entirety or confirm lines independently. Unless otherwise agreed, each confirmed line forms its own contract between you and us, which gives both parties flexibility if a particular item is out of stock and must be revised or substituted with an agreed alternative.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in the currency agreed at the time of confirmation. Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, customs charges and shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any such charges will be added to your order and communicated to you before final confirmation.

Payment terms are agreed on a case by case basis and are set out in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise negotiated, payment is due before dispatch. We may also require a deposit for large or custom orders. Failure to pay in accordance with the agreed terms may result in delay, suspension or cancellation of your order.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We arrange delivery of goods to the shipping address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on factors outside our reasonable control such as carrier performance, customs inspection and weather conditions.

We make every effort to dispatch orders in full and on time. Where you provide a shipping address that is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery and any re-dispatch costs will be borne by you. Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where a shipment is held at customs or delayed at the border, the delay is outside our reasonable control. We will assist you as far as we can by providing documentation and details of the shipment, but we cannot predict or guarantee the timing of any customs clearance performed by third party authorities.

If you have not received a shipment within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at +18636954304 with your order reference. We will trace the parcel with the carrier and keep you informed until the matter is resolved.

7. Returns and Refunds

We aim for every order to arrive accurate and in good condition. Should you receive goods that are damaged, defective or not as described, you should notify us within a reasonable time of receipt, providing your order reference and a description of the issue.

We will assess each case and, where a valid claim is established, we will offer a replacement, a repair or a refund as appropriate. Goods returned for reasons unrelated to defect, such as a change of mind, may be accepted subject to our inspection, the item being in its original packaging and condition, and any return shipping costs being borne by you.

To help us resolve a claim quickly, please keep the original packaging if you suspect an item may need to be returned. Photographs of any damage, together with your order reference, allow our team to assess the situation and agree the best remedy without unnecessary back and forth. We generally aim to resolve confirmed claims within a reasonable number of business days of receiving all the information we need.

8. Product Quality

We select our stationery, paper goods and office supplies with care and expect them to meet reasonable standards of quality and fitness for their intended purpose. Because we act as a trader and distributor of third party products, we do not manufacture the majority of the goods we supply.

Warranties offered by the respective manufacturers apply where they are provided, and our liability is limited to the matters described in these terms. We do not provide a warranty beyond what is described here, and we make no representation that the goods will meet any particular standard other than those that apply at the time of sale.

Before dispatch our team checks goods against the order to reduce the chance of defects reaching you. Because stationery items are mass-produced, we cannot guarantee that every single unit is free of the very occasional manufacturing blemish, but we are committed to remedying any genuine defect that you report in line with the returns section above.

9. Custom Print and Branding

Where you commission custom printed or branded goods, you warrant that you have the right to use the logos, images, text and any other material you supply for the intended purpose. You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of the content and for obtaining any necessary third party permissions.

We will produce custom items as closely as possible to the approved proof. Minor variations in colour, finish and alignment that fall within the normal tolerances of the printing process are to be expected and are not considered defects. Once production has begun, custom orders may not generally be cancelled or changed.

You retain ownership of the artwork you supply, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that artwork solely to produce the goods you order. We will not use your logos or designs for any other purpose, and we will destroy or return master artwork files on completion of production if you ask us to.

10. Acceptable Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree to act honestly and lawfully. You must not provide false or misleading information, misrepresent your identity or your business, or use our services for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

You must not attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the website, introduce malicious software, or use automated means to access or scrape the site without our written permission. We reserve the right to cooperate with authorities in any investigation of unlawful activity.

Any communication we receive from you, whether by email, telephone or through the website form, is treated in the ordinary course of our business and may be relied upon as genuine evidence of your instructions. We encourage you to keep records of your own correspondence with our desk so that both sides can refer to the same agreed facts if a question or dispute arises.

11. Intellectual Property

The website, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos and all other content, is the property of Anqing Yaosue Trading Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the website or its content without our prior written consent.

You may, however, use the website for your own legitimate business and informational purposes, and you may share the site through ordinary public links. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our trading services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the order that gave rise to the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Anqing Yaosue Trading Co., Ltd., its officers, employees, agents and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

This indemnity applies to liabilities arising from content you submit, products you commission, and any unlawful conduct on your part. Your obligation to indemnify survives any termination of these terms or of your use of the website.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or your ability to place orders, in whole or in part, at any time if we reasonably believe that you have breached these terms or acted in a manner that jeopardises the security or reputation of the company or other users.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before the date of termination, including obligations to pay for goods already ordered. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including liability, indemnity and governing law, shall continue in full force.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the effective date at the top. The revised terms will apply to your use of the website and to any orders placed from the date of revision.

By continuing to use the website after any revision, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not wish to be bound by revised terms, you must stop using the website and communicate any concerns to us before your next order.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any matters arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the People Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or to the use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Anqing, China. By using our website, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No failure or delay by us in exercising any right under these terms shall operate as a waiver of that right.

These terms, together with any order confirmation and the documents they expressly refer to, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to their subject matter. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent, but we may assign our rights where it is commercially reasonable to do so.
